By booking cleaning services through Power M Cleaning Solutions, you agree to the following Terms of Service:
Service Description
Power M Cleaning Solutions acts as a referral agency for domestic workers providing cleaning services. We take pride in referring reliable, experienced, and hard-working domestic workers to meet your cleaning needs. If you have any questions regarding these terms, please contact us, and we will be happy to explain them in further detail.
Flat Prices
Our prices are flat rates based on the estimated cleaning time for 95% of homes. While most cleanings are completed well within the maximum time limit, some homes may require additional attention, which may affect the final cost. The rates for standard cleaning services are based on assumptions of maximum cleaning time for a one-person team.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our referral service, we can match you with a different cleaner or coordinate a free re-clean if possible. Please notify us immediately if you have any concerns.
Warranty Period
We offer a 24-hour warranty period from the day of completion of the cleaning service. Please contact us within this time frame if you have any issues or concerns.
Appointment Arrival Time Windows
We provide arrival windows of 1 hour for cleaning appointments. If the referred domestic cleaner is running late, we will promptly notify you and provide a new expected time of arrival.
Lifting
Please avoid asking domestic cleaners to perform tasks that may pose safety risks, such as using tall ladders or moving heavy furniture. If you need cleaning behind appliances or furniture, please move them prior to the cleaning visit.
Tipping
While tipping is not required, it is appreciated as a gesture of appreciation for a job well done.
Pets and Minors
Please ensure that pets and minors are supervised during the cleaning process.
Lock Outs
A $30 fee will be assessed if the housekeeper arrives and is unable to access the premises.
Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment may be subject to a $30 cancellation fee.
Job Quotations
Quoted prices are estimates based on information provided by the customer. If the actual scope of work differs from the quote, you will be informed of any price adjustments.
Payment Terms
Payment is due prior to the service time unless otherwise agreed. Failure to provide payment may result in cancellation of the cleaning appointment.
Termination
This agreement may be terminated by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Power M Cleaning Solutions may terminate this agreement immediately for breach of terms.
Customer Representations and Warranties
The customer agrees to provide a safe working environment and access to necessary utilities for the cleaning service. Fragile or valuable items should be secured prior to the service.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We will only use your information for the purpose of providing the cleaning service and will not share it with third parties unless required by law. We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
